Living in the moment. It really is a sort of holy grail, isn’t it? Everyone says they want it, but so few seem to be able to achieve it. That seemingly illusive state of being, that ability to live just where you are, just when you are, without the constant attempts to stretch yourself sometime else. Many say it’s the secret to happiness. I’m not sure I agree with that, but I will say that I am not as gifted in the art as I would like to be. I want more of it and so do many of my clients and attendees. So when I heard this song this weekend, I feel in love with it.
